• Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience

• Freeshop no longer works (more info below*).
• Luma3DS needs Updating (**)
• BootNTRSelector needs Updating.(***)
• A couple Homebrew Entry Points were Patched
• 11.7 Zero Day Exploits were Patched

Can I Update Safely?:

• CFW Users Can Update to 11.8 if they Update to Luma3DS v9.1
• Homebrew Users Don't Update (the 11.8 Payloads are buggy its best to hold off for now)

I'm on Luma CFW - Should I Update?

It is Perfectly Safe to Update to 11.8.0 but its not recommended.
Only Update if:

• You want to enter the eShop on 11.4 or higher.
• Access Online Features in Games

FreeShop,Tikdevil,Ciangel (All Dead - Stop Using)*:

The 11.8 Update also brought along with it a new ticket authorization method for the Nintendo eShop.

This rendered WiiUUSBHelper, TikShop, TikDevil, Freeshop, CIAngel & Villian3DS useless for Game Piracy

It also allows Nintendo to detect attempted downloads to their Servers on 11.8, & ban accordingly

You don't need to delete any Games you already Installed
